Sandra is a sought-after speaker and facilitator on the topic of leadership. She takes complex topics―such as leadership, coaching, neuroleadership and mindfulness―and explains them in a relatable way that supports leaders to lead with the brain in mind.
With a Masters in Leadership, a Certified Executive Coach (PCC) designation, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, and a Certificate in Neuroleadership, Sandra has been a driving force for increased leadership and coaching capacity within her executive role within credit union system.
Sandra’s passion for supporting the leadership growth of others led her to develop the eLeadership Academy™ in 2014. In addition to founding the Academy, she authored the book Your Mother Was Right: 15 Unexpected Lessons About Leadership and the Brain. Within the book she makes a strong connection between common sense offered universally by mothers, leadership in the workplace—and neuroscience.

Shana Ring is the President of Destination Leadership, where she provides leadership coaching training, one-on-one coaching, and consulting services in the area of coaching culture, leadership development, succession planning, culture change, high performance team and organizational effectiveness.
Shana Ring is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads. She is also certified in numerous tools and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
With over 25 years of overall work experience, Shana spent over 13 years at SaskPower in Human Resources specializing in Organizational Development leading culture change, developing succession planning and leadership development programs, and facilitating organizational effectiveness. Shana is the founder of EXPEDITION Coaching and offers three (3) levels of coaching skills training and certification that have been approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
A multi-certified executive coach, Bruce is passionate about seeing people and organizations reach places they never before thought possible! He knows firsthand what can be accomplished when skill and ability are fused with purpose and passion. He has personally experienced it!
Bruce has had the privilege of working with many who have seen dreams become reality, both for them and their teams. He helps others create a framework for thinking more innovatively, creating synergy, and adding value. He has led operations, strategic planning and human resources functions in regional, national and multinational corporations, and contributed to the kinds of business transformations that garner national notice. He is proud to be on faculty at Royal Roads University in Canada’s premiere Executive Coaching program. He is Chief Culture Officer for Coaching Out of the Box, an international coach training firm.
He served for several years as the Global Vice President, Human Resources for a Canadian based biotechnology company. He left this role to pursue his dream of “all things coaching”. His own executive career path has allowed him to make people-focused operational impacts within a wide range of industry sectors.
As Business Solutions Manager for eLeadership Academy, Cheryl passionately supports individuals and organizations to increase leadership effectiveness via the academy’s innovative online training solutions which drive personal and organizational success.
Cheryl’s primary role is to provide solutions for businesses and organizations to grow leadership capacity and effectiveness. She brings more than 15 years of experience in account management, training, and business development to this role. Cheryl has supported the growth of others through her roles as Sales Support, Territory Manager, Senior Sales Representative and Business Development Manager. Her experiences and passion for leadership development are an asset to the academy and its clients.
