What You Can Expect From This Course
Through this course, you’ll build your capacity for resilience by completing four self-paced modules. Each module will guide you through one part of the Resilience Framework.
The program content will give you a fresh perspective on your current capacity for resilience, some strategies to help you become more resilient, and some micro-actions to help you apply what you’ve learned.
You will have access to the course for 60 days from the start date.
Plan to spend about one to two hours per module (total time 4-8 hours). That should give you ample time to read the articles, watch the videos, and complete the practical activities in your Building Resilience Workbook.
