Foster engagement, innovation, and change.

Coaching is the most powerful and underutilized tool in a leader’s toolbox, and it is proven to stimulate thinking, foster accountability, inspire action, and build confidence in others.

Total program length: 8 weeks (4 weeks of curriculum, 4 weeks of practice)
Commitment: ~4 hours per week

Participants earn an eCOACH digital badge. This credential can be used as a credit towards completing the Leadership Series Certificate, a comprehensive program that allows leaders to continue their training in several different areas of focus.

The eCOACH program can be taken independently or in sequence with our other courses, in any order. Past eCOACH participants have included managers of all levels including CEOs, and it is appropriate for groups or individuals.
